§ 13-54. Permit revocation or suspension.

(a)

A permit may be revoked or suspended for non-compliance with the requirements of this chapter or any other ordinances, laws, or administrative health requirements.

(b)

Revocation or suspension of a permit may be summary, without notice or hearing, and with immediate effect, by the mayor, town clerk, chief of police, town code enforcement officer, or parish sanitarian.

(c)

Although notice is not required, notice of revocation or suspension may be made, orally or in writing, by any employee of the Town of St. Francisville, on the permit holder or any person operating the mobile food vending unit.
