§ 13-55. Appeal of permit revocation, suspension, or denial.

(a)

A permit holder or applicant may appeal to the mayor the revocation, suspension, or denial of a permit.

(b)

The appeal must be made within ten (10) days of the action complained of and be submitted in writing at the office of the town clerk.

(c)

An appeal does not suspend the revocation, suspension, or denial of a permit.
