§ 4-6. Same—Notice of sale.

The advertisement of the sale as provided for in section 4-5 shall particularly describe the date, time, and location of the sale and the animal to be sold. It shall be published one (1) time in the official journal of the municipality not less than five (5) days nor more than ten (10) days before the date of the sale.
