§ 4-5. Same—Sale of animal.

If the owner does not claim the animal and pay the impounding and boarding charges assessed by the mayor in accordance with this article after five (5) days' notice, or if the owner is unknown, the animal shall be sold at public auction from the steps of the town hall or at the impounding pen.
