§ 2-6. Base salaries for elected and appointed municipal officials.

(a)

Base salaries for elected municipal officials shall be set as follows:

(1)

Mayor: $1,000.00 per month.

(2)

Councilmen: $150.00 per meeting, not to exceed $300.00 per month.

(b)

Base salaries for appointed municipal officials.

(1)

Base salaries shall be set as follows:

a.

Police chief: $3,175.50 per month.

b.

Fire chief: $1,435.20 per month.

c.

Town clerk: $3,133.85 per month.

d.

Town attorney $375.00 per month.

(2)

Appointed municipal officials shall receive cost of living raises at the same time and at the same percentage rate as other municipal employees.
