§ 17-4. Jurisdiction.

From the date of adoption, this chapter shall regulate all subdivision of land within the corporate limits of the Town of St. Francisville. All developments shall meet minimum standards and requirements of these regulations, as amended. Any owner of land within the limits of said subdivision jurisdiction wishing to subdivide land shall meet all minimum standards and requirements of these regulations, as amended. No plat of subdivision lying within such territory or part thereof shall be filed and recorded with the West Feliciana Parish Clerk of Court, and no sale of lots in a subdivision shall occur until the final plat of such subdivision shall have been approved in accordance with these regulations.
