§ 17-3. Authority.

These subdivision regulations are adopted under the authority granted by the provisions of Act 139 of 1956, R.S. 33:101—33:120 [33:120.1], as amended. The St. Francisville Planning Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "planning commission") has fulfilled the requirements set forth in these statutes as prerequisite to the adoption of such regulations.
