NOTICE TO EMPLOYEES Town of St. Francisville, hereinafter called town, employment practices operate under the legal doctrine known as "employment at will". Within state and federal employment law, the town has the right to terminate an employee at any time and for any reason, with or without notice except that the town will comply with all state and federal legal requirements requiring notice and an opportunity to be heard in the event of discipline or dismissal.
