§ 13-61. Operations of games of chance.

(a)

A charitable organization as defined herein may be issued a license or permit to hold and operate raffles and games of bingo or keno and pull tabs under the provisions hereof.

(b)

Licenses or permits shall be issued only upon the prior approval of the governing body on a permit form signed by the municipal clerk and the mayor.

(c)

The governing body may issue rules and regulations for the holding and operation of the described games of chance, compliance with which shall be necessary prior to issuance of any license or permit, in addition to compliance with all other provisions of law.
