§ 13-34. Same—Revocation; appeals.

(a)

Violation of any provisions of section 13-33 shall result in a revocation of the occupancy permit to operate the camper-trailer and recreational vehicle park in question.

(b)

A revoked occupancy permit shall be reinstated once the park and its operation are in full compliance with such section 13-33 and upon payment of a one-hundred-dollar reinstatement fee.

(c)

Appeals from the decisions of the building inspector relative to such section shall be made to the board of adjustment.
