§ 13-30. Definitions.

  • For the purposes of this article, the following terms shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them:

    Camper-trailer and recreational vehicle: A motorized vehicle or a nonmotorized trailer designed for recreational and travel purposes rather than for living on a permanent basis, designed to stand or be supported by wheels.

    Camper-trailer and recreational vehicle park: A tract of improved land designed for the purpose of supplying on a commercial basis space for two (2) or more camper-trailers and/or recreational vehicles.

    Mobile home or trailer: A vehicle designed for living on a permanent basis, containing sleeping quarters, and standing on wheels or on a rigid support.

    Mobile home park or trailer park: A tract of land which is used or held out to the public for the purpose of supplying a parking space for two (2) or more mobile homes or trailers.
