§ 12-24. Payment of bills.

Latest version.

(a)

All bills shall be paid at the town hall on or before the twentieth of the month following the period billed for.

(b)

Charges for late payment shall be as fixed from time to time by the governing body.

(c)

If the bill is not paid for by the twentieth of the month, service will be discontinued and will not be restored until the bill and a delinquent charge as fixed by the governing body is paid at the town hall.
