§ 9-9. Collection of outstanding indebtedness and nonemergency town services.

Latest version.

(a)

No permit, application for town action or service, shall be issued or be considered if the applicant for such town service, action or permit, is indebted to the Town of St. Francisville.

(b)

Indebtedness to the town shall not include current year's taxes.

(c)

The above ordinance shall not apply to emergency services of police or fire protection.
