§ 5-20. Statutory authorization.

The Legislature of the State of Louisiana has in L.R.S. 38:84 delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the mayor and board of aldermen of St. Francisville, Louisiana, does ordain the following provisions.
