§ 4-81. Mobile homes, apartments, duplexes, other multi-family structures and lots.

No person shall own, keep, or harbor more than three (3) dogs and/or cats of six (6) months of age or older, or more than one (1) litter of young, in any mobile home or in any apartment dwelling, duplex, or other dwelling in a multi-family structure, including the lot or parcel of ground on which any of the foregoing are situated, within the municipal corporate limits of the town.
