§ 3-2. New permit on sale of business.

Any place of business holding a liquor permit may be sold or otherwise conveyed and the liquor permit retained with the business, all without change in the liquor permit and without the necessity of effecting any changes in the nature of the business. However, the new order of any place of business sold or otherwise conveyed accordingly must apply for a permit in such new owner's name within sixty (60) days and must otherwise be eligible for such permit under state and local laws and must otherwise comply with state and local laws.
