§ 13-86. Prohibitions on garage sales.

(a)

Garage sales and yard sales are prohibited in historic districts, commercial and residential, during any special event as licensed pursuant to this chapter.

(b)

Historic districts include those areas, commercial and residential, designated historic by the zoning ordinance, historic district ordinance, or any other ordinance of the Town of St. Francisville.

(c)

Special events include, without limitation to, the Audubon Pilgrimage.
