§ 13-83. Regulations and fees.

(a)

An organization seeking to have a special event pursuant to the provisions of this article shall make application for permit with the town clerk no less than thirty (30) days prior to the opening date of the event.

(b)

No special event shall exceed three (3) days in duration.

(c)

Only the sponsoring organization may sell booth or vendor spaces for the event pursuant to this article. Only those vendors sanctioned and approved by the sponsoring organization may operate during the special event pursuant to this article.

(d)

Each vendor shall apply for an occupational license for the event, which license shall be issued for no more than three (3) days, at a cost of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day.

(e)

The sponsoring organization shall not sell any vendor locations on public property.

(f)

Each vendor shall display in open view a permit issued by the town pursuant to this article. The permit shall be displayed on the site of operation of each vendor and shall be displayed at all times when that vendor is conducting business.
