§ 13-57. Sanctions.

Any violation of this division is a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each violation. The Town of St. Francisville may remove any mobile food vending unit in violation of this division and store the unit on town property at a cost to the permit holder of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day.
