§ 13-51. Definitions.

The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

Edible goods : Edible goods are food and beverages, including, without limitation to, items prepackaged and/or prepared on-site or off-site.

Mobile food vendors : Mobile food vendors are any business which sells edible goods from a non-stationary location in the Town of St. Francisville.

Mobile : Mobile is the state of being in active, but not necessarily continuous, movement.

Mobile food vending units : Mobile food vending units are vehicles, transports, or conveyances, motorized or non-motorized, including, without limitation to, trucks, vans, busses, carts, and trailers.

Sell : Sell means the act of exchanging a good for a profit or in return for a donation.
