§ 13-44. License fees.

  • (a)

    For each itinerant vendor's license issued under the provisions of this article, the applicant therefor shall pay to the clerk the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00). Such sum shall be compensation to the municipality for the service required of it by this article and to enable the municipality to partially defray the expenses of enforcing the provisions of this article.

    (b)

    All peddlers, defined in Louisiana Revised Statutes 33:4831, shall obtain a license costing one hundred dollars ($100.00).
