§ 13-36. Storage and occupancy of camper-trailers and recreational vehicles.

(a)

Camper-trailers and recreational vehicles may be stored in the Town of St. Francisville only by the owner of the lot who owns the camper-trailer or recreational vehicle, except for C-2 or C-3 zones or a special trailer zone according to the zoning ordinance. Any storage of camper-trailers or recreational vehicles must be in compliance with all municipal ordinances and state laws.

(b)

No camper-trailer or recreational vehicle shall be occupied or lived in on a permanent basis. Any and all occupancy of a camper-trailer or a recreational vehicle is limited to seven (7) days.
