§ 13-4. Enforcement.

Any person, persons, firms or business subject to occupational license tax pursuant to this article who fail to pay the tax levied by this article within thirty (30) days of due day shall be subject to those sanctions, penalties and enforcement measures provided under the Louisiana Constitution and Laws of the State of Louisiana.
