§ 12-44. Service rates.

The sewer rates of the municipality, effective immediately, shall be as follows:

Residential Customer
Inside town limits $16.00 flat rate

Outside town limits $20.00 flat rate

Small Business Customer
$20.00 minimum bill for the first 2,000 gallons

$1.25 per 1,000 gallons all excess

Large Business Customer
$50.00 minimum bill for the first 2,000 gallons

$1.25 per 1,000 gallons all excess
