§ 12-2. Participation in a regional notification center pursuant to the Louisiana Underground Utilities and Facilities Damage Prevention Law.

In accordance with the provisions of R.S. 40:1749.19, the mayor and board of aldermen of the Town of St. Francisville, State of Louisiana, hereby declare that it does not desire to be included in R.S. 40:1749.14 (Regional Notification Center) or under the provisions of the "Louisiana Underground Utilities and Facilities Damage Prevention Law," R.S. 40:1749.11 through 1749.22, as enacted by Act 923 of 1988.
