§ 11.5-1. Rules for Parker Park.

[The following rules shall be observed in Parker Park:]
(1)

No alcoholic beverages will be allowed without board approval.

(2)

No private political functions will be allowed. Political functions will be allowed if conducted by a group for all candidates.

(3)

No open fires will be allowed. Cookouts will be contained in pits only.

(4)

There will be a fifty dollar ($50.00) deposit; park must be left in clean condition when used.

(5)

Any activities that would use the entire park or which would go overnight must be scheduled two (2) weeks in advance and approved by the mayor.

(6)

During baseball season the West Feliciana Baseball Association is responsible for scheduling the baseball park and permitted to operate concessions with proceeds going to the association.
