There is adopted by the municipality for the purpose of prescribing regulations governing
conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, the National Fire
Protection Association NFPA 1, Uniform Fire Code, 2003 Edition. This code, one (1)
or more copies of which is on file in the office of the municipal clerk, hereby is
adopted by reference, as though it were fully copied herein, as revised from time
to time and as new editions of the same appear from time to time, all subject to amendments
and deletions and more stringent provisions contained in this Code of Ordinances.
